The Fountains Hotel is located at the bottom of the walk way of St Georges Mall, overlooking Thibault Square on the one side and the Fountains in Heerengracht on the other side. The Cape Town International Convention Centre is just down the road and the V & A Waterfront is within walking distance. St Georges Mall is home to a wide variety of shops, African curios, diamonds and great coffee shops. A foreign exchange office is located next door to the hotel. Public transport is available from the hotel. Easy access to the freeways (N1 & N2). Airport shuttles can be organized via the hotels hospitality desk. Guests are able to make use of our indoor pool, fully equipped gym and sauna. Room service is available 24 hours a day. Plenty on site parking is available.

All 156 rooms have en suite bathrooms, individual climate control, safety deposit box and minibar. Tea & coffee making facilities and hair dryers are provided for in the bedroom. DSTV and high speed Internet are available in the room at nominal cost. Self catering apartments are available within the hotel. The apartments are fully serviced by the hotel and all the services are also available to the apartments. The bright, spacious restaurant serves an excellent breakfast and dinner to our customers. On good days breakfast can also be consumed on the terrace. The restaurant opens up to the large terrace, which is surrounded by greenery and various water features.
