Extract of the General Rental Conditions
1. Our current rates include: maintenance, oil, Value Added Tax, insurance and unlimited mileage
2. An additional collision damage waiver (AEDW) can be obtained to reduce the excess
3. The insurance excludes glass breakage/sandblasts and damage to tyres, except with FEC
4. Odyssey Car Hire is not liable for death, injuries, personal damage and/or loss
5. The rental is payable in advance. We accept Visa, Master, American Express and Diners Club cards. These are especially convenient for the security of the excess amount which must be produced
6. Rates are calculated from time of pick-up to the time of drop-off
7. Rental extension can be made subject to availability
8. Vehicles are hired subject to our standard rental agreement
9. We reserve the right to substitute vehicle type with a similar type should vehicles reserved, not be available at time of hire
10. A valid unendorsed driver's license and passport must be produced by the driver/hirer
11. Vehicles may not be taken beyond the borders of Namibia without prior permission
