Xaragu Camp is situated 2 km away from the C39 road, hidden in a valley with a river, you can enjoy the peace and incredible and remarkable landscape.

Consisting of 10 spacious campsites with own braai area and enough shade for you and your vehicle and self catering en-suite Safari Tents as well as 5 standard Tents (sharing the ablution facilities), also with own shaded parking, rock garden and braai area. The sites are well chosen to give you the utmost space to enjoy and relax and feel the unspoilt wilderness surrounding you.

At the main building you will find a bar, swimming pool, fish pond and many more.

Your children will be enthusiastic because of all camp's tamed animals.

Explore the surroundings doing hikes or join us for a sundowner.

Camp has no telephone, but radio for the case of an emergency. There is no electric supply, but hosts have wonderful oil lamps to give a special feeling.

Driving the C39 from Khorixas towards Torra Bay, you will pass the Petrified Forest on your right hand side. After 75 km gravel road in good condition you come to the turn off to Twyfelfontein on your left hand side. On your right hand side you will see George's shop. Continue straight for another 100 m you will find the turn off to Camp Xaragu on your right hand side. The camp is not to be missed as there are several signs from each side a few km before the turn off already. It is possible to reach Xaragu with a normal sedan vehicle. Xaragu has no credit card facilities.
